About Us
Free Will Pagan Ministry (FWPM) was created by Rev. and HPS Tsaoyen Dragonphyre and her spouse and HP Crescent Eagle to help promote "Freedom of Religion" and to help others of the Pagan Faith have a place to meet others of like mind through the internet, in person through meetings and workshops or to have a place to grow spiritually in their own path. FWPM is committed to education and the study of Eclectic Wicca. However, we support interfaith and welcome everyone. We support and are committed to interfaith communication, dialogue, education, networking and other services as needed. Attendance at most of our events does not require or imply membership, although there are some events that are member only.
FWPM currently holds public and private Esbats and Sabbats, Wiccan classes, Wiccan degree study, legal marriage, handfastings, wiccanings, funeral rites, memorial services, spiritual counseling, etc. If there is something you are interested in please contact us and we will try to either help you or to refer you to someone whom we believe can help you.

Some of the work here may not be my work; if the work is here and is not mine it was used with permission and proper credit will be given below the image, file, etc. Please ask for permission before taking anything that is not yours. Remember we follow a path of harm none and the three-fold law! Also, remember that any magical items, recipes, information, etc. is here for entertainment purposes only and they do not contain magic. Magic lies in the person and their intent. If the intent is pure then it is possible to achieve results with faith. Lady Tsaoyen and any/all staff member(s) of FWPM is/are not liable now or at any point in the past, present or future for any misuse of any item, information, etc. or any harm (or karma) from such misuse. The user is the only person liable! With herbs please do plenty of research and consult an herbalist/herbologist before ingesting because as stated above FWPM and any/all staff member(s) is/are not responsible! Just because you have read one or two books on herbs doesn't mean you know or understand all there is to know about the herb.

As a Pagan we do not insult or attack any Religion so please do not attack ours. There is no war that has ever been fought in the name of Paganism. Also, remember Freedom of Religion means ALL Religions! (Yes, Wicca and Paganism is a legally recognized religion. If you don't believe me do some research, starting with the Army Chaplains Handbook.)
