Outreach Programme
Bringing medical education and career insights directly to schools and communities across the UK.
About Our Outreach Programme
Our outreach programme brings medical education and career insights directly to schools and communities across the UK, with a focus on areas with historically low rates of progression to medical careers.
Through interactive workshops, talks, and hands-on activities, we aim to inspire the next generation of healthcare professionals and provide practical information about pathways into medicine.
We work with schools, colleges, community groups, and other organizations to deliver tailored sessions that meet the specific needs of their students and communities.
Our outreach activities include:
- •School visits and career fairs
- •Interactive medical workshops
- •Medical application preparation sessions
- •Parent and teacher information evenings
- •Summer schools and taster days
- •Virtual sessions and webinars
Our Vision for Outreach
We're committed to creating an inclusive and accessible pathway to medical careers through our outreach activities.
Our outreach programme aims to break down barriers to medical education by:
- •Reaching students in underserved communities who may not have considered medicine as a viable career option
- •Providing practical guidance on pathways into medicine, including application processes and required qualifications
- •Connecting students with role models from similar backgrounds who have successfully entered medical careers

As we launch our outreach programme, we're excited to work with schools, colleges, and community organizations across the UK to inspire the next generation of healthcare professionals.
